Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If a problem comes from work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Essentiallyhotel Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
